Data Security

Information Security & Platform Integrity

GeneralCounsel360 (GC360) takes reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard information and ensure secure delivery of execution-focused programs.

GC360 is built for professionals operating under regulatory, audit, board, and operational pressure. Our security posture is designed to protect trust, preserve session integrity, and prevent misuse of member or attendee data.

Security Practices

GC360 applies operational safeguards including:

  • Secure, enterprise-grade virtual platforms for live sessions

  • Restricted access to sessions and materials (invite/registration controlled)

  • Role-based internal access controls for staff handling operations

  • Trusted third-party technology providers used for hosting, delivery, and payments (where applicable)

  • Content access governance (recordings/materials shared only where applicable and consented)

Data Handling Principles

GC360’s security approach is anchored in strict governance:

  • We do not sell or share member, attendee, or contact data

  • We do not permit vendor-led data harvesting or list building

  • We do not allow scraping, automated extraction, or unauthorised access

  • We keep participation and engagement data limited to what is required for delivery and support

Participant Responsibilities

GC360 programs are designed for professional use.

Participants should:

  • Follow internal organisational policies when accessing sessions and materials

  • Avoid sharing confidential, proprietary, or restricted information in sessions

  • Use discretion when forwarding links, recordings, or materials (where provided)

GC360 sessions are execution-focused; they are not intended for disclosure of confidential corporate information.

Limitations

While GC360 applies strong operational safeguards, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Cyber threats evolve and may include risks outside GC360’s direct control (e.g., compromised user devices, unsecured networks, or third-party account access).

Incident Reporting

Any suspected security or data issue may be reported to: info@generalcounsel360.com

Reports are reviewed promptly and handled in line with GC360’s operational security standards.
